Return & Refund Policy – Sajna Sawarnaa

Eligible items may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags, accessories, and packaging in the condition received.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability, under the same unused and original-packaging condition.

Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 3 days with your order number and clear photos or video.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For approved eligible returns and exchanges, Sajna Sawarnaa will arrange and bear all return and exchange shipping costs. Customers will not be charged for this shipping. Our support team will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup. Please do not self-ship unless instructed by our support team.
